Take your order and insurance information over the telephone
Contact your doctor for medical authorization.
Mail your supplies directly to your home.
Send you an authorization form for you to fill out and return to us in the postage paid envelope in order for us to be able to bill your insurance company or Medicare.
We will bill Medicare or other insurance on your behalf.
You pay only your deductible or copayment if applicable.
